Description
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.
We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

440ml can. Clear golden, white head. Aroma is quite resinous, orange, grapefruit, some pine. Taste is resinous, piney, orange, grapefruit, marmalade, a little caramel and biscuit malt, good bitterness. Medium bodied.
Glad this got a rebrew as I missed it first time round, was never a big fan of Pale Fire but this amped up version of it is actually great.

Can. A mild haze on this gold beer, a decent pale cream colour head, refreshingly long lasting. Airy palate, smooth, decent fine carbonation on the back. Soft smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Soft cooling pine. The Alora yuzu is immediately obvious , a mild black pepper vibe. Soft, slightly ripe tangerine and mandarin. Some mild floral peach on the back end. Amazingly, Riwaka seems mildly lost here. Airy finish. Nice brew, not quite blowing me away. Looking forward to someone delivering a single hop Alora IPA or DIPA. Maybe Pressure Drop?

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Soft pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Good fruity hop profile. Mango, passion fruit, slightly tangy citrus and a nice blueberry streak. Candy fruits on the light finish. Bright, fruity and hugely drinkable. Nice one.
