Description
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.
We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

Bottle at home in London. Pours fuzzy, dark gold with a moderate, frothy white head. Sticky pine in the nose, some ripe citrus. Medium sweet flavor with juicy pine and ripe orange, some berries, lightly toasted pale malts and grass. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Mildly resinous to finish, hints of alcohol warmth, toasty pine and grass, more ripe orange and other citrus. A pretty tasty, somewhat ballsy APA. Very drinkable with enough character to keep things interesting.

Bottle at home in London. Pours just slightly hazy but vibrant gold with a rich, lasting white froth head. This smells gorgeous, with loads of fresh citrus fruits, tangerine, juicy orange, some dry grapefruit. The flavor doesn’t quite match the nose in terms of goodness, but it’s decent. Lightly sweet with a mellow citrus character, hints of pine needles, some pale malts. Light bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Fresh and clean to finish with suggestions of white wood, lemon, tangerine, pine needles, pale malts, and grapefruit. This one starts like a rocket but fizzles out a bit as you work through it. Very drinkable, but I’m left feeling this beer could use a jolt.
