Description
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.

We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the Cock Tavern in Hackney. Pours dark brown with a moderate, frothy beige head. The aroma holds burnt chocolate, dirt, nicely roasted malts. Light to medium sweet flavor with milk chocolate, mild earthy bitterness, hints of root beer or perhaps cola, over-toasted bread and well ripened, dried fruits. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation and a slightly oily texture. Sweet finish with more dark malt character, some lightly bitter chocolate, modest roasted malts, light earthy bitterness, further dried fruits, root beer, mellow floral notes and understated earthy bitterness. Overall a very tasty beer with some rather unique punctuations.
