Description
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.
We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

Bottle split at the Cask, Pimlico, thanks to Rilester - 11/01/13. Gyle #37. Hazed pale golden with a thin white head that clears to the edge and leaves a film. Nose is hops, light pine, orange, a touch of honey. The initial flavours in the aroma fade a little in the taste, sugars, some bitterness, citrus, light hops. Medium bodied with a little spritzyness to the carbonation, dry in the finish. A decent enough first beer from this new outfit.
