Description
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.

We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

Can from Caledonian Craft Beer Merchant. Hazy golden body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of melon and orange yoghurt. Flavour of pastel de nata and white sugar. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. It’s hoppy and juicy, but is a touch too sweet and sugary for me to love it.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting rocky white fluffy white head. Aroma is nice opal fruits, white grape, wheat, bready grains, melon balls. Flavour is composed of airy grains, rusty bread, white grape, lychee. Not clear enough to be a west coast, opal fruits. Palate is semi sweet, flaked grains, highish carbonation.

440ml can. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a mostly lasting frizzy white head. The aroma is grainy, big peach. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a fresh, crisp, piney, juicy orange, peach, grapefruit, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of pineapple, apricot and grass. Flavour of pineapple, watermelon and lemon. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is truly excellent; one of the best west coast IPAs I’ve tried in the last few years. I enjoy watching Craft Beer Channel, and Brad and Jonny certainly know enough about world class beers to help to brew one.
