Description
Ben, Sam & Graham started Pressure Drop in 2013, making 50L batches in Graham's garden shed. After upgrading to a 5BBL kit and spending a few years in a railway arch in Hackney (yep, we are the stereotype), we've found our home in Tottenham.
We now employ a small team of great people and have a bigger, nicer and shinier 20BBL brew kit. We're making the best beer that we can, in styles that we want to enjoy, and hope that you will too.

Can. Bright clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Soft cooling pine. Light juicy hop fruits, bright but not much sweetness. Light mandarin tangerine citrus, a little candy fruits. A light WCIPA. Doesn't offend and, doesn't completely charm either.

Can. Just a very light haze on this gold beer, small but tidy bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Light soft smooth pale malts, a modest creamy sweetness as you would expect from the style. A good hop combo provides bright but, slightly bitter broad spectrum fruits. Soft cooling pine into juicy bright citrus and stone fruits, a lesser tropical fruits vibe. Tiny drop of resinous opal fruits. Mild hop spice and a little savoury skunk before a crispy semi dry finish. For me, what a West Coast IPA should be all about. Fuck all that old school caramel and marmalade shit. This, for me, is where it's at. Malt sweetness backed off, hops allowed to shine and be slightly bitter and, no fucken cloudy yeast clogging everything up. I quite liked this!

100ml draught at The Mall Tavern. Hazy golden body, pearl white head, fair lacing. Moderate smell of fruity hops, peachy. Notes of orange, peaches, and grain to the taste character. Mid-dry hop fruity ending. Easy to drink. Just okay (Kensington, London 01.03.2026).

Has the depth of a DIPA. Plenty of fruity sweetness and a light bitterness.
