750 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Clear orange to pink colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived off-white head. Sweetish aroma of apples, pears and blackberries. The flavour is drier than expected, but has distinct notes of said fruits. Not bad.

Vintage 2021. Dark orange, hazy body. Aroma of red apple, pears, moderate cherries, wild yeast. Tastes more like cider. Moderate carbonation. Finishes quite acidic, dry, fruity, wild. Nice one. Lovely nose, with diverse fruits and the wild yeast coming through. Taste is straighter, while also a bit funky. Score: 8 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 15

Taster From bottle at home. Red hazy color, no head. smells lactic, grassy, berry notes, cherries, Marmelade. Nice smell, bit on the clean side. full body, light carbonation. tastes lactic, grassy, earthy, herbal, peppery, only subtle fruits, apples. finishes dry and medium sour with notes of grassy, lactic and apple notes. Nice one, rather on the dry side

(Bottle) Hazy pale yellow colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, red apples, hay, herbs and a touch of apple cider vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with red apples, grapefruit, herbs, white pepper, apple cider vinegar and a dry finish with a generous acidity. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.
