A hazed milky blonde ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light Orval character, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy Brett, light lactic notes, light silky mouth feel, light horse blanket, very nice and complex, like a young Orval.

En Fût à la brasserie. Arômes de café et de chocolat noir. Le liquide sans mousse est noir, opaque. En bouche, on a du café, de la mélasse, du chocolat noir, de la réglisse noire, le tout est enrobé d'un whisky omniprésent. La texture est sirupeuse. Délectable et jouissive.

En fût à la brasserie. De couleur ambrée pale. Mousse moyenne et rocailleuse. Liquide légèrement voilé. En bouche, c'est malté avec du grain de céréales et un léger caramel. Houblons à caractère terreux en fin de bouche. Légers tons de noisettes. Amertume en sourdine sur un caractère céréalier. Un peu plus d'amertume ne nuirait pas.
