Description
Craft beer is a passion, an obsession and a journey. This journey has opened our eyes (and taste buds) to some of the finest examples of beer this planet has to offer. Our tastes and expectations have forever changed, and so have our methods of enjoyment. From beer trades, to home brewing, to attending release parties and festivals one thing became clear… We rarely drink the same beer over and over again, and we love to share.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a mostly clear amber color with a small white head. Aroma ws light bready notes, some light meat, smoked malts? Strange. Had it the following day at Evening Star Cafe and it didn’t seem exactly the same. Nice resin notes, touch of grapefruit. Light lemon. Not bad!

Draft at the brewery. Poured a dark, clear orange, light white head. Aroma was light guava, tropical fruits, light citrus, light malt crispness. Flavor is pretty subdued and mild. There’s a slightly bitter flavor with some earthy notes. Light onion. Once it warmed up a bit, the bouquet really came through.
