Nice stuff. Lots of mango and some peel, pine and almost a light ginger vibe like sushi packed in a container. Pours hazy orange with ok head and lacing. Bitter finish. Lots of hops. Tap at brewery.

Sampled at Dominion Wine, pours an oily, dark black with some creamy, slightly off white head. Nose has licorice and malt, mild booze, some chocolate cordial, a little pencil lead. Flavor ups the licorice, molasses too, malt, some chocolate, booze, dried fruits. Finishes full bodied, creamy and a touch hot.

On tap at Dominion Wine, pours a mostly clear gold with some frothy, white head. Nose has grass and some soap, a real distinct Parmesan rind. Flavor follows, Parm is still there, but there’s more grass and straw, lemon, soap. Dry finish. Drinkable.
