Description

Bottled. Golden colour, brief head. Aroma of fresh green hops and herbal spices. Dryish with light, rounded mouthfeel. Dry and fresh, very well balanced. A very drinkable easy going beer, with an unusual touch.

Rocky, off-white head. Hazy, yellow body. Nose of grass, dough. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter flavour. No finish, the flavour faints out right a way. Light to medium bodied.

Bottle. Hazy golden-bronze color with a nice white head. Fruity, grassy aroma with some dull malt. Herbal, banana, yeasty, fruity flavor (lemon and apricot). Complex. Flavor lingers in the back of the mouth and finishes dry. There’s a nice flowery/herbal quality to it.

Huge, white head leaving coarse lace; deep copper body with ongoing carbonation. Deep aroma of citrusy hops (cascade?!?) and fruity yeast notes; also detectable are resin/pine notes. Bitter, malty taste with slightly oily mouthfeel. Grapefruity bitterness. Not much body. Vert good, but could do with more body. Quite refreshing. (Beginning to suspect that Biere de Garde and Saison are just not my beer styles.)
