Pours dark brown with light brown head. Aromas of roasted malts and coffee. Slightly sweet and bitter with hints of chocolate and oak. Medium to full body with minimal carbonation and a dry, earthy finish. It was better than I was expecting which is always nice!

A lightly hazed dark golden ale with a thin off white head. A rather funky hops signature, with notes of Worcestershire sauce, brine and signs of oxidation. In mouth, metallic hops and sustained maltyness, toffee. Past its prime, but still not too bad for a 2 year old ESB.

Pours clear, deep amberwith a tall, long lasting off-white head. Malty spicy aroma. Malt based flavor profile with some spicy dryness that comes in at the finish. Smooth but a bit thin. Not bad overall.

Bottle from Market Street Wine Shop Downtown in Charlottesville. Pours a strawberry red with a large craggy head and good lacing. Big grainy malt aroma with a hint of sugar and apples. Slightly roasty malt taste with a subtle hop bitterness in the finish. Interesting.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark golden-amber color with a large yellow-white head. The aroma was tangy, dry and crisp floral hops. The flavor was dry, tangy and had a nice fruity and floral hop presence. A bit grainy and a little zing. Quite nicely quaffable and far better than I expected.

22 oz bottle. Pours a light copper color with an off-white head. Aroma is citrus and relatively hoppy. I may have been spoiled by the Hazed and Infused, but I wasn’t as impressed by this beer. It wasn’t bad, just not spectacular.
