bottle - Pours amber with an off-white head. It smells of caramel malt and hops with citrus and resin. The flavor is moderately bitter hops with some pine and citrus and lots of caramel malt. Medium body. Fairly good.

Bottle. A- Pine, hoppy, subtle orange marmalade, urine. A- Dark copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Watery, bitter, pine, grass, vomit. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- Very bitter and a bit harsh. Some off tasting flavors in there and not good at all.

Sampled from the tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a deep brown with a light chocolate brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has an odd combination of sweet chocolate, vanilla, butterscotch and candy cane. Flavor is similar with sweet chocolate and vanilla up front but a finish of butterscotch and peppermint.

Bottle 12fl.oz. [ As Boulder Beer Slope Style Winter IPA ].Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration, hoppy, pale malt, orange. Bottle at the nuplastikk returns tasting in VA. Clear golden orange with off-white head, some sediment floaters. Aromas of caramel, aged hops, floral notes, malt. Tastes of floral notes, malt, biscuit, syrup. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
