Light lemon, some earthy pine. Dark copper pour with great head. Decent malt backbone. Light bitter finish soft carbonation on cask at Ma Che. Great for style.

Handpump @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma beige media. Al naso note di malti tostati, caffè, leggera speziatura. In bocca è morbida e bilanciata, note tostate, caffè, cioccolato fondente, chiusura amara media, ottima mineralità. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Un capolavoro, difficile immaginare una stout di tale carattere con una simile beva.

Bottle, 330 ml at Il Pretesto, Bologna. Pitch black with beige head. Strong dark chocolate and coffee. Heavy roast. Nice lasting dry bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.
