Opaque black - brown beer, good tan head. Palate is airy and mildly dry. Mild fine carbonation. Nice dark malts, light in feel but rich in taste. Little dark malt cream and smooth mild dark chocolate. Finishes smooth and pretty dry with the malts turning slightly bitter. Interesting and tasty.

Growler. Hazy amber with a white head. Kumquat and pine aroma with peach and mandarins. Creamy texture. Sweet and peachy with citrus and pine whomping in at the rather bitter end. I’m in the "if it’s really fruity it better have plenty of bitterness" camp. And this suits me fine.

A cracking summer ale with a lovely hoppy, fruity aroma and a pleasant tang on the tongue. Could drink it all night.
