Short-lived white-transparant head over clear golden liquid. Dry apples, with a hint of (vegetable) acidity. Very faint hints at solvent. Lightly sweet to dry (demi-sec) flavour, unfortunately resulting in more than a bit watery impression). Quite fruitslick, despite of being dry. Dry-out effect. Mild, but long lasting aftertaste (not new). Decent, but a bit too much on the edge of sweet and dry

From bottle in Knights Tower 06.03.22. Clear dark golden. No hear or lacing. Refreshing and balanced taste of bitter apple peel, leather and red apples. Very quaffable! Medium carbonation. Perhaps a bit thin mouthfeel.

500ml bottle from Waitrose Newark Castle. Bright golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, juicy. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, fruity, caramel hint, some tartness and acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite OK

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 17/04/21. Light golden with a moderate white cap that soon fades. Nose is light apple, straw, grains, tannins, light sugars. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, light orchard wood, residual sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Not bad.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to SHIG. A clear pale golden yellow coloured pour with a loose halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, clean sharp apple, light rubber, clear pear. Palate is medium sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, clean apple juice, light tangy, pear, . Pretty clean.
