14th March 2021; Mothers Day, Cider tasting session. This was Cider number 4, clear 500ml bottle. Tastes of apples.

Smooth and deep beginning. Intense fruity cider apples. Winey parts, easy to drink, lots of fresh fruity apples. Tart and quite dry and still fruity aftertaste, deep and easy to drink.

50 cl bottle @ Pizzeria Myssy Aroma has sweet apples and fruit sugar. Flavour is surprisingly short with sweet apples and some apple peel. Too sweet for my taste and also rather thin for this ABV.

Bottle from Morrison's. Clear golden in colour, with moderate carbonation. Ripe, medium apple fruit, hint of ok, medium dry finish. Good.

50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of mid sweet and ripe strong apples. Taste of sweet apples, dry moderate sweet sourness, not too deep.

Zu süßer Beginn. Apfelsaft, grüner Apfel, zum Mittelteil ziemlich trocken werdend, herb. Die Trockenheit breitet sich im Mund aus, die Aromen bleiben aber gleich. Mittellanger Abgang, unsüffig. 9/8/9/6/8/8

On tap at the Cardinal's Hat, Worcester. cloudy orange, no head. Apples, some wood notes, sweet, fruity tartness, dry. No carbonation. Medium bodied.
