Continuous investments in the latest brewing technologies have made it possible for brewery De Graal to keep up with the increasing demand for high quality beers. The export market to countries such as the US, Japan, Italy and Denmark is particularly on the rise. In addition to the main activity, the brewing of six different beers under its own De Graal brand name, the brewery is also specialized in producing custom-made specialty beers.

10/IX/22 - 33cl bottle @ Belgian Beer Geek Gathering (Gent), BB: I/2022, lot200018 (2022-1126) Thanks to Bierridder for sharing the bottle!
Clear blond to yellow beer, big creamy white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: CO2, very yeasty, bad, oxidized, malty, some dirty grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, lots of yeast, autolyse, sugary, meh, rather unpleasant, don’t like it. Aftertaste: sugary, alcohol, oxidized, bitter touch, sweet, yeasty, bleh.

33cl bottle at Belgian Beergeeks/Brewver summer tasting at Tim's house. Thanks Siegfried.BB 01/2022.

Bottle from Sandersput, Ninove. Hazy amber, stable, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of banana, apple peel, plum, honey, clove, yeast, bread crust, jenever. Taste has sweet banana, apple & pear over a honeyish malt base with yeasty & phenolic spicy notes. Softly floral hoppy finish, more ripe yellow fruit, quite spicy, and a dash of warming jenever-like alcohol. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Inoffensive, drinkable Tripel.

T: medium malty base, cherries yet not so sweet as I expected from aroma, red berries, red fruits, medium carbonation, not my style yet drinkable still.

Disappointingly oxidized. I wish to try the base beer again. Which is super malty and complex. Dulle griet ghent
