On tap at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours almost black with a small foamy tan head. Chocolate and roasted malts dominate the aroma, plus a hint of vanilla. Chocolate again to the fore in the mouth where it is sweet and creamy. Also lactose and roasted malts with traces of milky coffee coming later. Sweetness lasts into the finish. This is decent.

On tap at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a cloudy chestnut with a medium sized frothy cream head and good lacing. The aroma has malts overlying traditional hops and mushy overripe fruit. In the mouth it starts off somewhat bitter but this becomes stronger later on. Flavour has traditional hops, nuts and autumn fruits with some citrus and hints of pine coming later. Bitterness lasts into the finish. This is quite nice – like a traditional best bitter but with a fruity twist.

Cardiff Mini-break Beer#35. Tropical fruit in both aroma and taste with pine also infused in both. This combo makes this hazy yellow coloured brew very tasty indeed, as well as crisp for its strength. Chelsea have just equalised at PSG whilst sipping this one, not that I care.

440ml can. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of ripe/candied citrus, orange, grapefruit, light gooseberry and white wine. Taste is a bit sweet, candied citrus, orange, grapefruit, tangy gooseberry, white wine, slightly dank. Medium bodied.
Good considering this can was 4 months old (bought online so I didn't realise its age), which is getting on a bit for a hoppy IPA.
