Description
Created in 2003 by Christophe and Alexia Noyon, the Brasserie Artisanale des 2 Caps, when it started, had a dual vocation: that of giving a new economic dimension to the small family farm to make it sustainable and that of maintaining the remarkable built heritage, that constitutes the Ferme de Belle Dalle.

Thanks to the work and passion of the men and women who compose it, it now has real know-how, which has been rewarded multiple times in competitions. Over the years, the quality and finesse of its beers have attracted a growing number of palates in search of authenticity.

On tap at Golf d'Hardlot. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bread and straw with a bit of sweet grains and a hint of flora underlying. Flavor has bread and grains through out with some sweet flora backing.

Checked the label on the back. Brewed in Belgium! That’s why it’s so good! Kinda cheating …
