Description
Created in 2003 by Christophe and Alexia Noyon, the Brasserie Artisanale des 2 Caps, when it started, had a dual vocation: that of giving a new economic dimension to the small family farm to make it sustainable and that of maintaining the remarkable built heritage, that constitutes the Ferme de Belle Dalle.

Thanks to the work and passion of the men and women who compose it, it now has real know-how, which has been rewarded multiple times in competitions. Over the years, the quality and finesse of its beers have attracted a growing number of palates in search of authenticity.

0.75l bottle thanks to Lore. Vintage 2019. Slightly murky golden body with an enormous and forever lasting white head. Huge fruit notes in the aroma and the taste(grape must and green apples). A bit of sugar syrup adds to the sweetness that is balanced by a hint of spicy hops and a bit of wood. Nice beer for sure.

Bottle. Pours hazy darkish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with notes of yeast and touches of fruit. Bitter, nutty and hoppy taste with notes of caramel malt and acidic touches. Bitter and estery aftertaste with notes of caramel. Reasonable but nothing special.
