Can: Poured a clear amber color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with some toffee with clear notes of vanilla and bourbon is quite nice. Taste is a good mix of caramelized malt with balanced level of residual sugar with some toffee notes with a woody bourbon finish with light vanilla notes. Body is about average with good carbonation and light warming alcohol notes. Enjoyable barleywine with good balance and nice character.

A pale blonde ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light funky notes, very nice. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light butter notes, light vanilla, nice and smooth. On tap at Brother's Beer Bistro.

473mL can. What a weird volume. An orange amber color. Medium head fades to halo lacing. Aroma is all herbal, ligtly feral brett. Light rotten fruits and swett herbal malt mix. It's just crazy enough without being offputting to me. But definitely not an organized brett beer. Flavor not particularly hoppy but some hop bitterness. A lightly mineral flavor to the slightly lower wildness of the brett. Heck, I'm a brett fiend and this is a brett beer, a slightly crazy and not carefully made but still fun.

Bouteille 473 ml. Excellent BW.
