Grassy and flowery, but the malts are musty, and slightly fruity with apple esters. Low to medium bitterness, musty cereals stick around with more floral hops notes.

Hazy yellow pour, with a tiny white head. Aroma is lactic, earthy lime zest. Salinity from the gose is over the top. Earthy lime, and the salinity are pretty over the top. Malted wheat is sweet. This is pretty messy.

Can from the LCBO. Hazy yellow, small white head. I'm having a very hard time finding this papaya, and mango. Aroma is just lemon zest, and your run of the mill kettle sour. Lactic, acidic, light citrus. lightly tart, soft cereals.....nothing special really.

Can from the lcbo. Clear golden pour, with a small white head. Lactic nose, with some really nice peach, and stone fruit aromas. Acidic with some cider notes and apple skins, low tartness, refreshing and very drinkable.
