Can from the lcbo. Slightly hazy copper pour, with a large white head. Aroma is fruity, but sweet. Candied citrus zest, burnt brown sugar, light tropical fruit, and some bread. Mouth feel is nice, carb is standard. Finish is highly bitter and very pithy. Very green, hoppy finish, light cereals. Old school ipa, malty, and bready with a big green pithy bitterness.

Can from the lcbo. Pours a very dark brown with a dark beige head. Aroma is loaded with dank sticky resinous pine, and green sticky hop cones. Nice roast, light notes of toffee and coffee, hints of burnt brown sugar. Finish is medium bitter, quite nutty, loads or resins, this is bordering on black ipa with the roasty notes.

Can from the lcbo. Pours a Cloudy copper with a large, sticky beige head. Loads of pine resins, citrus peel, lots of ripe fruit, some savoury wood and vanilla. Very full mouth feel, soft carb. Very very boozy, and quite bitter. Some nice spicy notes, loads of pine resins, and Bourbon items really come through in the end with some warming alcohol and woody, sweet barrel notes. Quite complex and much better than I was expecting. This is a huge beer. My bottle listed at 13%.
