Dark brown ale with reddish hues, and a thick light moka head. Rather light and plain aroma, light sweet caramel. In mouth, rather sweet malt, a bit cloying, not much hops, not much body, dryish. A let down.

Bottle: Poured a dark brown color ale with a medium off-white foamy head with minimal retention. Aroma of molasses malt is quite overpowering. Taste of molasses malt are also overly present in this beer and it’s not something that I generally look for. Hops are pretty much non-existent and body is just above average. I’d say this is generally quite boring…

Washed out amber with a thin white lacing head. Good carbonation. Very pleasant pungeant british hops with caramel notes. In mouth, crisp sweet malt with nice hops and pinhous, light citrusy notes. A nice session ale.

This beer pours a rocky, next to nothing head...off white. It was gone before I even took a sip. Nuts, malt, earth and dough were the scents to this one. A little caramel too. Initial sip had a slight watery taste to it. Strong malt / nut taste and a little yeast were the only tastes I could find. Malt sugary finish.

Amber lager. Bright and clear. Toasty, minty aroma, maybe a little appley. Light body. Grassy-citrusy hops. Slight earthiness. Body and malt flavours are both a little thin. Finish is slightly watery, kind of quick. There’s a few things good happening in this beer, but I like my dark lagers more robust.

Has some acceptable herbal hops flavours, but is otherwise basically what one might expect from this brewery (that being light microbrews for the rookie palate).

Good malt flavours, a complex fruity taste, with dries slightly in the finish. It's probably my choice of the Ontario cream ales.

Light english hop notes. Low bitterness, low amber maltiness. Typical of Ontario pales.
