Bottle - Dark malts, toffee bourbon notes. Jet brown with a thin beige head. Bourbon notes to start, dark malts and some chocolate. Big and rich.

Bottle @ the pussy palace. Pours a dark brown appearance with a tan head. Chocolate, caramel, white fruity, coconut, vanilla aroma. Medium body. A bit boozy finish. Sort of nutty, caramel, dark chocolate flavor. Fun brew.

Bottle thanks to Kevin. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has musty dark grains, and light roasted malts with a hint of rum underlying. Flavor has nice roasted malts and dark grain combination with a nice touch of rum.

Bottle from Darby’s Liquor Store, Vancouver
Black color with large brownish head. The aroma has some cardboard, some spirit, dark chocolate, light vanilla. The body is lean, not as bold as expected, the mouthfeel is smooth; strong flavor of dark caramel and roasted malt, luckily not ashy; there is some dark chocolate and rum, hints of vanilla and something else very similar to Italian digestive liquors based on the bark of Cinchona officinalis. Strong bitterness, long digestive final.
Good beer, but overpriced (16.40$), one point less. Not impressive anyway.

Bottle @ Greg’s dump. Pours a burnt orange appearance with an off white head. Twangy orange / light banana, slightly toasted malty / caramel aroma that’s a bit off. Slightly twangy, chewy tree branch / herbal flavor. Some citrus. Kind of messed up.

Pours a darker brown than what I would describe as a amber, think more maple syrup. Clear with a finger or so of head. Really pleasant smell with this, cereal, a little toastiness and caramel, and a little vanilla. Taste of bready malt, some sweetness, a little bitterness that lingers. A simple beer but not a bad one.

Like the cream of the crop, I rise to the top. I never eat a pig...oh wait, I do eat pig. It’s friggin’ delicious. But is Cameron’s Cream? Hmmmm...Pours a crystal clear golden with only half a finger of foam which ends up as a spotty sheet in minutes. Nose is all malts, cereal and bread. The taste too is malty, with bread and hay, with a little ?hops? bitterness that doesn’t really add much. Yep, this is beer, and drinkable, but in no way exceptional. It’s a little played out like as if it’s name was Sega.

Pours a very dark opaque brown, with next to no head that goes by the wayside but quick. Sweet roasted malts with flavours of vanilla in the nose. Big taste of carmel, toast, vanilla, oak, that has a really nice balance. Bocks and doppels can have a sweetness that I find cloying, and oak can be easily overdone, this finds a good balance between the two that works really well. Nice!

Pours an amber with a thin off-white head. Nose full of pine and citrus hops, a little rye malt in the back. Taste of pine hops, perfume with a bitter aftertaste that seems to be part and parcel of most rye beers.
