Hazy pale golden colour; huge frothy white to off-white head, slowly collapsing, good lacing. Aroma pale malts, yeast, lemon, orange, mango, apricot, coriander and cloves notes. Taste light heavy to medium sweet and light bitter, malty, fruity, yeasty. Sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity, yeasty, light spicy notes. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation, bit overcarbonated and quite yeasty, but a nice fruity and 'summerly' blond, certainly not an IPA.

33cl Bottle, thanks Harmen! Hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of sweet bready malts, cooked apples, fruity esters, light sugary, citrus, light perfumed. Flavour of perfume, lemon, apples, bread, malts, some alcohol, just light herbal, verbena, bitter finish. Medium bodied. Decent.

Beetje waterachtig maar toch eigen karaktertje. Gaat richting koffie / chocolade stout maar gelukkig net niet erover.

Een blond winterbier kom je niet vaak tegen. Helemaal niet zoet. Heerlijk bitter en bloemig. Volle ronde hopsmaak.

At Winter Beer Fest 2017, Waregem. Shared with Anke!
Labeled '17-18'. Clear golden with a small, foamy, white head. Aroma of yeast, spices, hops, touch of banana & ripe fruits. It tastes medium spicy bitter and light fruity sweet. Bit of a metallic, dry & alcoholic finish. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Unusual for a winter beer, of course, but anyway overly spiced to my taste.

Stevige bitterheid. Houttoetsen. Iets te veel koolzuur

Thanks! Sampled bottled @ Modeste 2017. Orange off-white head, massive carbonation is even visible. Nose is sweet grainy over-carbonated soap. Carbonation is so massive, really awful kills a lot of the thin taste which is good since it tastes like spoiled esters, fizzy perfume & something rotting. Yikes.
