Pours a hazy dark amber from a can. Malty aroma and flavor, crisp. Good beer.

Pours a nice clear copper from a can. Big tea aroma, malty sweetness to it along with some bitter finish. Very good beer.

Pours a nice black coffee from a can, thin pale head quickly dissipates. Nose of big almost burnt malts, chocolate and coffee. Very thin, flat and watery tasting, a real disappointment in the mouth. Okay beer.

Can (salty by 3/29/22 on bottom of can) pour from Nikki's Liquors. It's a hazy dark amber with trace sparkle, quickly fading off-white head and no lacing. Aroma is good mix of caramel, dark fruit and toasted malt. Taste is dark fruit dominant over supporting caramel and toasted malt. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, greater balance/complexity to aroma over flavor but both good strength. Enjoyable.
