Brasserie Pietra was founded by Armelle and Dominique Sialelli. It opened its doors in 1996 as the first brewery in the history of Corsica. Brasserie Pietra works in accordance with traditional brewing methods, and practices a rigorous selection of raw materials, in order to produce very high quality beers

Can 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a lacing, white head. Slightly tropical fruitiness in the nose - not a hoppy fruitiness though. Medium bodied, again fruity and somewhat phenolic. Slightly bitter finish. Not a great example of the style. 060924

Redelijk helder goudgele kleur, weinig wit schuim. Fris citrusachtig aroma. Ook een frisse smaak, wat citrus. Nasmaak wat vlak.

Fles gedronken met Tomhendriksen tijdens de vakantie in Normandië. Licht troebel oranje tot amber-kleurig bier met matig schuim. Aroma van mandarijn, , pruim, perzik en hop. De smaak is fruitig en iets zoet. Nasmaak is hoppig.
