33cl bottle. Pours orange gold, partially transparent, with scarce white foam. Aroma is biscuity, honey, a little earthy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly sweet. Final is average.

Bottle, 330 ml, shared with others. Hazy yellow with medium white head. Citrus, some yeast, bit spicy, sweetish. Light to medium bodied.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark blonde, transparent, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is cereal and with a light chestnut/earthy feeling. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly sweet, though not exaggerated. Decent bitterness to keep some balance. Final is still fairly sweet.

La brasserie Pietra a donc mis des écorces d'oranges et de la cannelle pour nous faire rentrer dans l'atmosphère de Noël. Et sans que cela soit d'une grande finesse, la cannelle parvient à nous faire penser à Noël. Ne parlons pas des écorces d'orange qui ne se ressentent pas. Mais n'attendez pas une grande bière de Noël, nous sommes ici en mode bourrin. Le visuel est sympathique sur un brun limpide avec une fine effervescence et une mousse blanc cassé de 5 mm. Au nez, cela sent fort la cannelle sur une base simple aux arômes de caramel et pain. En bouche, c'est à l'identique avec une cannelle omniprésente faisant penser à Noël mais sans aucun raffinement et sur une base simpliste. La corpulence est plutôt bonne malgré la texture très fine et l'alcool à 7 % est honnête. Final sans envolée pour une bière qui se veut de Noël mais ans en avoir totalement l'esprit.

Bottle from Beers of Europe at home in London 20/11/2023 New 🇫🇷 brewery and region (Corsica) ✅ sweet cherry fruity, cherry Tunes sweets, light body, light almond into the sweet cherry finish.
