Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are caramel, butter, malt, hops and has a sweet buttery finish.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy - marmalade. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 301124

Bottled 330ml. -from E.Leclerc Ljubljana. Hazy golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, floral hoppy nose. Floral, grassy, light caramel and lemony touch with bitterish finish.

De la part de la brasserie Pietra, je n'attendais pas grand-chose bien qu'avec Centennial et Citra, les houblons mettaient en confiance. Et s'il est difficile de percevoir réellement les 2 houblons, cette session IPA n'est toutefois pas désagréable. Le visuel est sur un blond doré voilé avec peu d'effervescence et peu de mousse. Le nez est sur l'orange amère, le kumquat et la pêche. Un petit caractère et une alliance qui fonctionne bien. L'attaque est fraiche et tonique avec une bonne amertume et des arômes poivrés qui viennent s'ajouter à ceux du nez. La deuxième bouche est à l'identique, sans grosse complexité mais toujours plaisante mais avec un peu moins de tonus. Sur la suite, on arrive aux limites d'une session IPA car l'ensemble passe rapidement en bouche avec une arrière-bouche peu présente et un final très court. Pour une session et une Pietra....ca fait le job !

Bottiglia. Al naso l'aroma rimanda al fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è poco presente. La forza gustativa è appena percepibile. Non ha un retrogusto particolare. In bocca non arriva nessun aroma su cui riferire.

Malt and bread aroma. Taste is on malt, more biscuit, slightly sweet with a bit of toffee.

250ml bottle pours out copper color topped with a long lasting white head. Nose is light raspberry and some candy strawberry. Taste is more of the nice sweet candy berry combo and a little grain.
