Sampled from the tap at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Pours a clear pale yellow with a slight peach hue and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet honey with a touch of chicory underlying. Flavor is sweet honey as well with just a hit of chicory.

Bottle, courtesy of fiulijn / Ferris (thanks guys), pours a bright pinkish ruby red. Nose is fairly sweet, with some bubblegum, candied floss, and fresh red berries. Flavour is rather ascorbic and puckering for a mead, with tart berries, a dry honey tone, and light herbal notes. Very low complexity and doesn't even really strike me as a mead so much as a cooler. Not offensive, but not very impressive.

Corked bottle, tasting at Ferris’; vintage 2013
Red color, clean, no head. Very light aroma of berries. Weak and dry mouthfeel; a bit tart, no residual sugars, light fruit flavor; short final. No mead flavor.
Very uninteresting; this is not a mead, it’s a bad tasting cooler, it’s a commercial scam.

Bottle - Vintage 2013 - Honey, raspberry and herbal notes. Light orange red. Lots of raspberry, herbal notes and sweet honey to finish. It’s a little thin and very fruity, but ok.

On tap at Capitol Cider, pours a clear amber with no head. Nose brings out treacle toffee and light hibiscus. Flavour is extremely light, with berries, light hibiscus and subtle honey. Pretty dry - it *is* a light session mead after all. Not bad.

Bottle from Mead Market, Portland, as Nectar Creek Hop Cone
Pale yellow color, cloudy. Mild aroma of fruit and artificial vanilla. Thin, lightly citrusy, no mead flavor, and a nasty flavor of artificial vanilla, marshmallow.
I had good expectations on this, but actually it’s a nasty mess and I’m angry I wasted money on it.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Looks like water with a white head. Aroma is kind of like cider. Med body minus. Flavor is sort of cider with notes of honey and herb. Finishes nearly dry, seems to turn towards bitter with time. Drinks easy. Good to take to the lake.

Bottle - Sweet honeysuckle and cucumber. Clear pale yellow. Tons vanilla and marzipan. Sweet, candy like and quite pleasant.

500mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry honey, light spiciness, and biscuity notes. Flavour is quite pleasant, with floral notes, not-very-sweet honey, and dry biscuity notes. Smooth, balanced and drinkable, though a tad artificial. A very decent session mead.

500ml bottle thanks to rich. Pours out almost crystal clear. Nose is a touch of sweetness honey touch and some white grape. Taste is over carbonated big time a tuch of honey and wine notes. Not good at all. Douglas you know what good mead tast like apis jadwiga. You should know better that to give this a 3.0 plus.
