On tap at 10barrel Boise pub. Pours out a crisp rich copper topped with a ring of white head. Nose is pie cherries lemon zest and a little sweetness. Taste is pucker sour tart cherries and a lactic lemon finish. I do enjoy all of the crush brews 10barrel makes.

On Tap at the Boise, BP Clear light brown, with redish tint. Thin off white head. making barely a ring around the glass. Light toasted malt aroma. Slightly sweet woody malty flavor with touches of brown sugar and carmelized dark fruit. LIght and easy. Nice flavors. A littgle woody bitterness at the end.

On Tap at the Boise BP. Light clear golden with small but fine and creamy off white head. Nice citrusy grapefruit aroma. Fresh hop up front flavor, citrus again. Very fresh and flavorful. Modest to light malt backbone, but balanced. Not a heavyweight. Very tasty. Plenty bitter.

Copper coloured body with some orange glows and a ridiculously large, eight centimetre tall white head that fades fairly fast. Aroma of peaches, wheat, apricot, yeast, candy and icing sugar and a bit of light grassy spices. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong wheat and grassy flavour at first with a smooth and very sweet flavour of fruit right behind. Aftertaste shows a hint of the grass, a lot of yeast and a very strong sweetness and wheatie flavour. Overall, an interesting beer that is more fruit beer than anything else, including Berliner Weisse, so this is a good categorisation. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Pearl Specialty Market in Portland, Oregon on 27-September-2013 for US$3.99 sampled here in my hotel room in New York, New York on 31-October-2013.

Bottle Bright light orange color with a huge white pillowy head. Hoppy aroma, but papery and piney. Light bodied and light fresh hop flavor. Not overly bitter and a little honey like sweetness at the end. Very little lingering bitter bite. Nice

Bottle dark redish brown pour with a full and dense light tan head. Surprisingly fresh up-front hop aroma for the appearance of a brown ale. Woody earthy flavors, some light roast, nearing CDA flavors. Hop flavor is showcased but soft and earthy here as well. Interesting. Nice body. Satisfying

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours darkly ruddy with a slight tan head. Aroma is malty with a little spice. Med + body. Flavor is quite malty, but there’s some spicy hop. Malt is rather treacle. A little maltier and it might pass for a doppelbock. This one is drinking very nicely.

Bomber from Albertons. Pours a somewhat clear dark copper color with a large beige head. A nose of toffee, berries, some molasses. The flavor is sweet malts, berries, some light bitter roast, a bit of dry leaves, smoke. Very smooth. Coca-cola aspects. Good brew.

On Tap at the Boise BP Clear deep chestnut brown with a thin skin of a tan head. Pretty bold woody malty aroma. Rather sharp woody flavor with fairly high IBU. A potent rather than a lazy brown ale.
