Aroma: Slightly sweet wheat and some banana.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sweet and a low bitterness. Creamy carbonation.
Taste: Mild wheat, some yeast, some banana and light spicy.
Overall impression: Mild easy drinkable hefeweize.

Bottle shared with ClubGonzo. Has a black colour with a big frothy compact light beige head. Wonderful aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, leather, burned wood, oak and some licorice and smoke. Lots of roasted flavours as well but with more leather, oak and nice lasting dark chocolate in the end. The mouthfeel is slick and smooth, and a lasting light bitterness. A great and a relatively easy drinking imperial stout.

Clear copper with a lasting off-white head. Spicy aroma with notes of white and black pepper, cardemum, rosemary and heather, with some caramel and bread. Sweet malty flavour with strong peppery spice character. The medium bitter finish could well be from the spice as well as the hops. Heavy on spice, but an interesting character - grains of paradise?

Bottle shared with ClubGonzo. Has a deep reddish nut-brown colour with light beige medium head. Malty aroma of some chocolate, wood, dried fruit, maple syrup and some nuts. More wood in the flavour along with nougat and some sugar. Feels quite complex and balanced with a nice sweetness in the end. The mouthfeel is rich and soft, and has a light bitterness. Pretty true to style and pleasant.

Bottle shared with ClubGonzo. Pours a hazy dark dull yellow colour with a medium off-white head. Faint aroma of pale malt, hay, esterly pear notes and cloves in the background. Faint is also the flavour with some sweet banana, grains, and some spices. Has a slick and a bit flat mouthfeel, and a light bitterness. Not very aromatic or flavourful but has a decent balance.
