Dull gold, mostly clear, extra frothy pour at the taproom. Floral grain & mellow honey nose. Taste is sharp crust, seltzer minerality, weak pith bitterness, lingering astringency. Frothy, yeasty, acidic. Not exactly what I was hoping for but good-ish.

At Peticolas, right before a storm. Hazy, dull honey pour, frothy. Orange oil & orange soda nose. Taste is bitter orange, Creamsicle, bitter green, vodka stiffness, lingering aspirin. Could have been great. Settled for meh.

On tap @Peticolas, September. Gray on orange, dense haze. Bright Orangina fruit juice kinda nose. Taste is very bitter aspirin over Orangina with a veggie green shell. Okay to good.

On tap @Peticolas. Clear, filtered, Irish red body; cookie head. Mellow, brown bread, slight diactyl nose. Flat brown bread, drying crust, heavy black pepper sort of heat is it's saving grace. Meh.

Dallas taproom, super loud. Half hazy, seemingly still dull, glassy wheat. Lemon juice & fresh baked bread nose. Taste is super wheat-y, slight black pepper, bright acid, decent lemon kick. Needs more carb. Okay.

At the source, not far from the hotel. Almost clear, honey gold, nicely frothy short pour at their taproom. Bitter charred veg & faint dank nose.Big & obvious astringent black tea & honey. Creamy, building veg bitterness, barky/nutty almost oxidized, tea tannins & associated acidity. Good+.

Draft: Poured a murky dark orange with a tan head. Aroma is nice fruity, hoppy, resinous, citrus. Taste is nice boosty fruits, citrus.

On tap @Thirsty. Free hotel shuttle! Clear, ruby, dense oatmeal head goblet pour. Spiced, slightly fatty, oaty, rustic nose. Silky head. Bitter, very rindy, sharp bread crust, big acidity, fatty, slightly soapy, earthy bitter finish. Great.

12oz tulip @Peticolas. Cherry cola look. Dark ruby, clear amber. Smell is cherry cola, but more skin & legitimate fruit. Half sour, half fruity with a significant malt backbone. Bittersharp, dark cherries & pits, some sweetness from the malt, light tea, lingering cherry skin bitterness that is nice. Sizzling carbonation, carbonic, not quite thin, boozy. Pretty good.

Cask @Peticolas. 5oz pour @Peticolas. Slightly murkier, but mostly the same dark amber tea as the Wintervention base. Spice & a weak raspberry tea scent. Kinda mild & hard to point out. Dusty, astringent, some berry skin, no significant fruit, just bittersweet leaning bitter pith. Not too bad. Less round than the peach. Okay beer, bad if raspberry was the focus.
