[ As Herslev Økologisk Høst ].Hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, pale malt, sweet malt, yeast, fruity yeast - ala a light version saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, citric, fruity yeast, yeast - saison yeast, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. On tap at Alaus Biblioteka, pours a hazy dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, moderate smoke, and light farmhouse notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy smoke, saison yeast, and farmhouse notes. Nice blend of smoke and earthy yeast. Solid stuff.
