Fourth time I try to get this rating in. shit website, shitty app. Draught sample at CBWF 2017. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Spiced aroma with citrus, wheat malts and spicy notes. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes slightly drying with spiced and herbal notes. Odd yet enjoyable.

Bottle from Jon at Rødvig. Pours hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma of rhubarb, honey, flowers, grass, yogurt. Taste sour with quite some sweetness.

Medium white head. Hazy yellow still body. Sugary fruity banana aroma with mealy notes. Sweetish fruity mealy grainy taste with wet forest notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy fruity grainy taste with banana and, again, wet forest notes. The birch really works well here. I think this would be even better as a raw ale. (0.5l bottle, from Kihoskh, Copenhagen.)

Small beige head doesn't last. Nearly opaque black body shows a little dark red. Fruity coke-like aroma with earthy notes. Lightly acidic earthy taste with nutty herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Acidic earthy mealy nutty aftertaste with papery notes. Odd and very unusual. Balanced and harmonic, but most of all strange. Not sure this is entirely successful. Thnx to Jeppe for this extremely random share, with amazing beers! This is one of the weirders beers ever tried . Apparently made with apples, cloudberries, hay, and wild yeast. Aged on port barrels. Damn. This one's got 77ships name all over it, shame he wasn't there. Pours unclear darker blonde, small white head. Smell is thick, mild sweet, some tart notes. Hay. Taste is full, sour, apples, tart, wood (very clear woody notes ) Very full and complex. Nice, actually, to both of us' surprise.

Thank you for sharing Hamirubi! 500 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBSG17. Dark brown amber, little tanned head. Nice bitter herbal head, heavy roast. Too heavily roasted, bitter bark, bitter herbs, too harsh but not bad. Body is dry bitter roast & bark. Far to unbalanced but not bad at all. Fun solid enough brew.
