Draught @ CBC 2014 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Way Black Barley Wine ].Clear medium brown color with a average, fizzy to frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, wood, alcohol, dark fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sugar sweet, alcohol, wood, malt bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is alcoholic. [20140502]

CBC Session 4. Hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry and mildly crisp. Generic fruit sourness leading to a light dry finish. Not sure what Acerola tastes like but it’s all right!

CBC Session 4. Hazy amber beer, residual pale tan head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Smooth and rich malts, sweet with caramel. Nice spicy apple. Smooth finish. A luxuriant and spicy barleywine. Very nice indeed.
