[5/2/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 2nd session. Murky dark brown. Aroma of malt, roast, wood, a bit of alcohol, caramel and some fruitiness. Sweet flavor, alcoholic, with spicy wood, chocolate, roast, caramel and some fruitiness. Full-bodied. Good, just slightly too boozy.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Session 2. Pours clear amber with a foamy, off-white head. Very boozy, hot, with some rich fruits and heavy malts. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Hot finish with big, bready malt character and accents of dried fruits. OK, but the alcohol is far too present.

Draught at CBC 2014. Clear copper liquid with a small off-white head. Aroma of brett, coffee, biscuit and caramel. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with notes of brett and caramel. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Weird. Sweet for a brett beer.
