[5/12/12] Draught sample at Ølfestival København 2012. Hazy orange. Hoppy aroma of grapefruit and tropical fruits, kinda overripe, and some yeast. Dry flavor, grainy and husky with some fruity hops. Medium-bodied. So-so.

[5/12/12] Draught sample at Ølfestival København 2012. Deep murky brownish red color with a tiny bit of pink foam. Aroma of yeast, grapes, a bit of brett and veggie hints. Sweetish-souris flavor, spicy with some yeast, fruitiness, malty notes and some grainy hints. Finishes drier with weird spiciness and a bit of alcohol. Not very pleasant.

Fra fat på DØE festivalen: saisongjær, brett, fatlagring, kirsebær og 10%! Et nyydelig øl med god balanse sødme/bitterhet oh rik, frisk smak med tydelig kirsebær i ettersmaken. Sublimt.

Smak och doft av kaffe, choklad, en aning vanilj. Komplex och smakrik. Len och lite bubblig i konsistensen. Riktigt god och välbalanserad. Den 17 maj 2012 Smak och doft av torkad frukt, kaffe, bröd och choklad. Jag smakade Cigar Cedar Edition vilket gav en krämig och rund smak av trä och tobak. En smakfull upplevelse. 3,8p
