Bottle 500ml. [ As Stronzo/Ølsnedkeren/Brøggeren Saison Dinkel ].Unclear light matt, medium yellow color with a large to huge, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate to heavy yeasty, spicy, saison yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, sharp, dry, funky, spicy yeast, citrus - grapefruit zest. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Draught @ BBB. Pours very hazy pale reddish golden with a frothy white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny estery and tiny phenolic with wheat crackers, cloves, grass, lemon zest, grapes and hints of banana bread and peppermint. Taste is tiny sour, bitter and fruity with wheat crackers, overripe banana, moist grass, grapefruit juice, dry soil, cloves, ginger, lemon zest, pine needles and hints of peppermint. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with wheat crackers, moist grass, grapefruit juice, cloves, banana leaves, pine needles and dry soil.

On tap at Bishops Arms Gustav Adolfs Torg, Malmö. Black with a small tan head. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, dark bitter chocolate, some licorice and some ash. Smooth and rather creamy with a bitter finish. Tasty.
