Bottle at Milton Keynes Gallery whilst at the Daniel Blumberg gig, Thursday 11th September 2018 Pours hazy gold with a white head. This is a really nice saison, a little spicy yeast, gentle citrussy touch. Really nice depth of flavour, good punch to it. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

330ml bottle; BB 30th Sep 2018. Poured into an old Hoegaarden Grand Cru stemmed tulip glass at home on 6th July 2018. I allowed the sediment to leave the bottle, so I got a hazy, dirty orange bodied beer, snow white blanket of foam on top. Nose held some yeastiness and orange peel esters, taste also orange peel like in flavour with other tropical fruits joining in. Some pepper/spiciness within the brew too. Different and interesting, liked it.

Bottle at MS HW, 14/04/18. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is ripe citric fruits, melon, earthy, toasted grains, apricot jam. Taste comprises punchy melon, tangerine, orange wine gums, grassy bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with astringent hop bitterness. Sub par for the style ... the weak link in the three beers I've tried from this brewery in the past 24 hours !
