Bottle. Pours hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is grain, hay and lemon. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Body is light oily with medium carbonation. Finish is a bit short with notes of grass, hay, spruce and sugar.

Cloudy pale amber, small off-white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma sweet malt, caramel, honey, plum. Flavour medium sweet and light bitter, malty, honey (though light for a honey beer), caramel. Medium body, watery texture, short sweetbitter finish. Not an APA, neither a honey beer, just a weak beer.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 04.12.2020) im 2019-09 getrunken. Hier trifft Braustein sehr gut den Witbier Stil. Leichte Hopftennoten, gut ausgearbeiteter Hefecharakter und ein leichte Citrusaromen machen dieses trüb, goldgelbe Bier zu einen schönen Begleiter.

Almost clear bright gold, off-white head. Aroma is rich biscuit, honey and mellow sweet fruit, light citrus. Similar flavour. Moderate spicy bitterness. An excellent beautifully malty classic British brew.
