Bottle courtesy of fonefan. Hazy red brown, light beige froth. malty, caramely aroma. Caramely flavour, some fruity notes, perhaps a little dried fruit. No trace of wood or barrel, very light hint of whisky, but only when you know what to look for. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Fonefan, thanks! Amber color. Hint of peach. Cinnamon and yeast in the aroma. Thinnish. Caramel, cinnamon and yeast in the flavor. Sticky mouthfeel.

Bottle, labeled Europamester 1992 Jubiläumsöl. Mad gusher! Amber color. Soapy aroma and flavor with strawberry. Malty sweet with a hint of toffee. Disappointing.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 12.02.2022) im 2019-06 getrunken. Dieses sehr gut gemachte IStout kommt mit einem sehr ausgewogenem Alkoholgehalt daher. Die Aromen von dunkler Schokolade und Malz passen sehr gut zueinander. Ein richtig gutes Stout!

Aus der Flasche (bbe 03.2021) im 2019-06 getrunken. Dieses braunrote Ale kommt mit deutlichen Hopfennote, etwas Malzaroma und leichter Karamellnote daher. Je wärmer es wird, um so mehr rückt der Hopfeneinfluß in den Hintergrund. Nicht schlecht - Prost!

Aus der Flasche (bbe 06.2020) im 2019-07 getrunken. Dieses kupferfarbende Ale mit seiner sehr kurzweiligen Schaumkrone kommt im kalten Zustand typisch für ein American Strong Ale recht gehopft daher. Doch mit zunehmender Temperatur bringt eine leichte alkohlische Süße dies in einer sehr guten Balance. Bei den Aromen treffen Malz- und Citrusaroma sehr passend aufeinander. Ein wirklich gelungendes Ale!

Aus der Flasche (bbe 03.2021) im 2019-06 getrunken. Dieses Porter mit einer kräftigen, hell beigen Schaumkrone kommt mit einer tollen kräftigen Schokoladennote daher. Vom Smoked ist nichts zu entdecken, was ich aber auch nicht bräuchte. So ein eine Themaverfehlung mag ich dann doch gern. Daher sag ich mal das dieses Porter ein schönes Feierabendbier ist.
