[ As Randers Apple Jack ].Clear medium orange - amber yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, bread, light bready - cereal, light yeasty, fruity yeast, apple - citrus - fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity malt, pale malt, citrus - apple fruity, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180601] 6-3-6-3-12
