On tap at The Wandering Void, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals tangy citrusy hops, a touch of dank oils, and biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with piney, citrusy hops, a little grapefruit peel, and crisp biscuity malt. Well-hopped for an APA, clean, and crisp. Nothing amazing, but well-constructed.

Flight at Tapas & Beers, San Diego, CA, USA. Pours amber gold, transparent, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is malty. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately bitter, with a little sweetness in the back as well. Final is average.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 28, 2023. Aroma is moderately hop forward with notes of tropical citrus, passion fruit and mango. Light dank, oily notes. Faint bready malt notes with hints of alcohol. Pours a very clear, pale, yellow gold with a large, thick, fluffy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Medium high lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Fairly strong bitterness and faint alcohol notes. Medium light hop notes of tropical citrus, grapefruit and hints of passion fruit. Fairly dry finish with a bit of a water note. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid session IPA. Some.nice hop aroma and flavor with an assertive bitterness. Not much malt character but enough to carry the bitterness and light alcohol notes.

Pizza Port seems to be churning out loads of collaborations lately. Pizza Port x Fremont Shaka West Coast IPA 7% My first impression is this is a straight up classic west coast IPA. Malty sweet but very piney in the aroma. Medium bodied and smooth. The taste is bitter pine, some citrus and sweet malts with some chewiness to the mouthfeel. Good stuff.

Part of a flight at Pizza Port, Carlsbad on 20th July 2023. Crystal clear light golden pour, white head. Grassy Pilsner, refreshing but lacks flavour and depth, might even have some corn within.
