Tap at the brewery - black pour with a fairly thick tan head - nose is.heavy on the bourbon - smells like bourbon-soaked wood - however, there are also rich notes of.roast, bitter chocolate, dough, and brown sugar that balance this out.well - creamy texture - full body - taste is a nice balance of sweet, bitter, and roasty, along with some spiciness from the bourbon (alcohol.heat)- dried cherries, espresso, smoke, bourbon/vanilla, plum - lightly tannic notes - nose and flavor come together.really well as it warms - excellent.

Tap at the brewery - "Figgy Blackfoot" - hazy amber - rich.maltiness in the nose works.really.well with the.moderate, mildly earthy fig.presence and mildly dusty yeast - flavor is rich maltiness, light cobweb, moderate spiciness, dough, fig, mild tartness to finish - solid.

Turbid amber - medium body and moderately creamy texture - nose and flavor are a mix of sweet over ripe apple, esters of bubblegum and banana, phenols of clove and pepper - finish has a bit of alcohol heat and.sweet.dark.fruit, a touch of dark.bread - solid.

Surprisingly dry and smoky oatmeal stout, with a nice dry mineral bite on the tail end - creamy texture - opens with some vanilla.sweetness and a touch of cream, but dries out fast - moderate bitterness and subtle roast/toasty malt character - love it.

Tap at Diebolt - silver.medal GABF winner - hazy brown - toasty malt nose, with leafy bitterness, tobacco, roasted nuts - flavor is surprisingly bitter for a brown, and it has a mineral bite on the tail end which is pretty pleasant - hazelnut, cookie dough - floral bitterness late - interesting, somewhat hoppy brown.

On tap @ brewery. Hazy golden appearance with a white head. Potpourri, lemon, fresh cut flowers aroma. Moderately to highly bitter. Very very floral flavor. Light lemon / citrus. A little too strong for my taste but not bad.

On tap @ brewery. Golden orange appearance with a white head. Somewhat floral / perfumey hops in the nose with some citrus fruits. Carbonation a touch high. Mouth feel is a bit goopy and the flavor is a little too sweet. More citrus and grapefruit. OK but I’d like to see it tweaked a bit.
