Hazy deep amber brown colour with a red hue, one finger creamy beige head, recedes slowly , thick layer remains, good lacing. Aroma sweet malty, toffee, dark dried fruits, alcohol, cinnamon, citrus. Taste malty sweet, slightly bitter, a bit vinous, alcohol. Full-bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonation, lingering dry bitter finish, woody and earthy notes, very special beer.

Hazy yellow golden colour, generous foamy white head, collapses very slowly in a flocky way leaving a lot of lacing. Hoppy nose, aroma yeast, earthy, basement aromas, grass, citrus. Taste mild medium bitter, bit herbal. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Lingering mild dry bitter finish, with earthy and herbal tones, nice.

330 mml bottle tasted on 13/08/2014. Almost deep black colour with a medium beige head. Aroma of cola, coffee and liquorice. On the mouth a lot of coffee, chocolate, liquorice, dark fruits and caramel. Aftertaste is nice. Carbonation and body are medium. ¿Imperial Stout? I don´t know...Next one please!

37,5 cl. corked bottle @ home, bought @ Mitra Tiel. Black with a big beige head. Smoky aroma with hops, coffee and roasted malts. Nice gentle smoke taste not overwhelming the others falvours. Body could be thicker but overall a great, very well balanced beer.

Bottle at the Fiddler. Pours hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of honey, fruits, yeast and sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light moderate carbonation.

300 mml bottle tasted on 09/07/2014. Orange to golden colour with a medium off-white head. Aroma of honey and citrus. Taste is intense honey, bread and malts. Light and sweet beer, easy to drink. Carbonation is medium to low and body is low. Next one please!

33 cl. bottle @ home, Bought @ Mitra Tiel. Hazy amber with a white head. Not as hoppy in taste as the aroma suggests but decent nonetheless. Nice hoppy malty ale.
