(Bottle) Clear golden, good head. Subtle but pleasant aroma. Light body with good carbonation. Taste is pleasant lightly sweet malts with some hop bitterness for a fairly crisp finish. Overall a decent lager.

Decently balanced actually. Has some hoppy pale ale feel with some oak. Pours red with some lacing. Finishes of bitter alcohol. Texture a little watery. Pint at the Metropole.

Pours pretty dark for a pale ale. King of takes the pale out of it. Ok hoppy feel. Finishes a little sour and mostly forgettable. On tap at Metropole.

Poured from 650mL bottle. Clear copper colour with minimal white head. Very strong aroma of chocolate and orange (like Terry’s chocolate orange). Same flavour, but light and almost watery. Little body.

The best part of this is the faint trace of smokiness, but even that isn’t well integrated. Pours dark clear brown (you know what I mean), without much head or lacing. Average carbonation. Finishes a little sour with an unreachable ideal of hops present. On tap at The Beagle Pub.

Draught at Tap & Barrel, Vancouver
Blond color, small head. The aroma seems sweetish, and sweetish is the flavor too, also because the bitterness is an utopia; it has a light corn and paper feeling.
Really bland.

650 ml bottle. Pours a clear dark brown with little head. Very strong hot chocolate aroma with a little bit of orange peel. A reverse on the flavors; a strong citrus/orange/acidic burst to start followed by chocolate and malt middle, then maybe a hint of the dunkel. Interesting but really more of a candy based beverage than a beer.

Pours a light amber with little head. Aromas of light malt. Pretty standard industrial beer flavor with extra sweetner.

341 ml bottle. Pours a pink/orange with large head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of orange/grapefruit fruit juice. Flavors of melon and flat grapefruit juice with a bit of smokiness. A cooler, not a beer. But an OK summer pounder...
