nice slightly golden color. Very frunky brett peach oaky. Dry balanced and hoppy and modestly sour. Pretty damn good and the best far yeast

Tap at Osaka-jo Craft Beer Holiday 2019. Said to be aged in white wine barrels for a year and then wet hopped before kegging. Winy, bretty nose, a bit of grassy hops, very winy. Hazy pale golden. Tart, brewtty, lactic acid flavor. Not extreme but nice and balanced. Good wine, bretty.

Tap at Osaka-jo Craft Beer Holiday 2019. Cloudy, dark yellow-orange. Not so pretty. Acidic, tart nose with some tropical fruit. Tangy and tart, ok hops. Tropical fruit, wheat. Not too impressive.

Far Yeast Hop Scrum Session IPA Opaque Grapefruit pinkish orange color with a candyish sweet tart aroma, the medium to light bodied brew has candy Brett like notes. It’s a pretty vibrant in your face beer but not really for me... Ap 4 Ar 7-8 t 6-7 p 4 o 11

Booze. Bit of cardboard. Light fruit and malt. It's at best, alright.

Grassy hop aroma with a touch of lemon. Taste is crackery, lemonade, high on bitterness. Leaves a bit of a weird taste in the mouth, caramel too. Got that session IPA thinness. The 5 star ratings on Untappd are unsurprisingly ridiculous. Last third of the bottle was a bit gross. Loads of bitterness without taste.
A lightly hazed golden saison with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light lemon rind, curacao, light spices, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light basil and mint, bubble gum, Curaçao, pleasant and smooth. Bottle from Mahuro SKYO.
A hazed blonde ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice grainy biscuit malt with resinous herbaceous hops, light ginger, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light ginger, pleasant. On tap at Mahuro SKYO.
